Swedish Massage
1 hour £55
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. This is a full body relaxing massage
Deep Tissue Massage
1 hour £65
This is a deeper massage then the Swedish, I target sore points such as tight shoulders or lower back. This can be combined with a Swedish massage to make a full body massage
Foot Reflexology
30 minutes £30 • 60 minutes £55
The feet can be one of the most neglected parts of the body. This massage just works on the feet but can benefit the entire body. It begins with a foot spa ends with a soothing moisturiser. You can also add foot mask treatment.
Hot Stone Massage
60 minutes £70 - 90 minutes £100
This is a truly relaxing experience, if you suffer from aches and pains this gives you a deeper massage without the pain and pressure, as the heat from the stones allows a deep but gentle massage.
Facial & Head Massage
1 hour £45
Cleanse, tone and moisturising facial combined with a head and face massage. Add a full body massage for maximum relaxation
Laser Teeth Whitening
1 hour session £99 • 40 min session £70 • 20 min session £40
Cosmetic teeth whitening is a very effective way of lightening the natural colour of your teeth without removing any of the tooth surface (enamel). It will lighten the existing colour of your teeth.
Full length session is 1 hour which is 3 x 20 minute session under the lamp. You can then book top up sessions of either 40 or 20 minutes
Hopi Ear Candles
Inc full facial and head massage. 45 min £50
When the candle is burning, a light suction action is created, and the movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the candle which generates a massage-like effect on the eardrum. This has an effect of regulating ear pressure. The warmth of the flow stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems and increases immune defence.
Hopi Ear Candling is also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy. Ear candling has been used for thousand of years by many civilisations, Egyptian, Chinese, Aztec, Tibetan, Mayan and American Indian cultures. The practice was brought to the west by the native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona. (Hopi means “peaceful people”).
Hopi ear candles are hollow tubes made from natural ingredients of organically grown flax, honey extracts, sage, st john’s wort and chamomile.
